Why This Event Matters:
Ocular melanoma is a rare but aggressive cancer of the eye, affecting approximately 2,500 adults in the U.S. annually. Roughly half of those diagnosed will develop metastatic disease, and to date, no definitive cure exists for those cases. A Cure In Sight™ – Ocular Melanoma
Funds raised through Swing for Sight will help bridge the funding gap, enabling the UCSF program and ACIS to drive forward new treatments, improve patient outcomes, and support those facing the financial burdens of care.
