A Cure In Sight is committed to keeping our community informed with the latest research, data, and opportunities in the fight against uveal melanoma. We’re excited to share the July 2025 update of our Uveal Melanoma Clinical Trials Summary, now redesigned for better clarity and accessibility.
Curated by Kevin, our ACIS Research Coordinator, this essential guide is now divided into two sections:
Section A: A listing of ongoing clinical trials currently enrolling uveal melanoma patients, including trials in the U.S., Europe, and beyond. These studies explore a wide range of investigational treatments—from oral PKC inhibitors and viral vector therapies to cutting-edge cell-based immunotherapies.
Section B: A comprehensive summary of clinical trial outcomes to date, highlighting recent findings presented at major conferences like ASCO, ESMO, and SITC. This section provides a data-driven view of emerging therapies and their real-world performance in the clinic.
This updated format is designed to support patients, families, and clinical providers by clearly separating trial enrollment opportunities from evidence-based data—helping all stakeholders make informed decisions.
Please note that A Cure In Sight does not provide medical advice or endorse specific trials, institutions, or investigators. Always consult your healthcare provider before making treatment decisions.
