December came and went and so did two 5ks for ocular melanoma!

We had an excellent turnout for Houston, and hope for DFW next year to have a more robust attendance!

Heather’s team in Houston was fantastic and so supportive, and it was a pleasure for us to join together with Castle Biosciences, our generous event sponsor, and walk, run, and skip through to the cold finish line this December! Huge thanks for their volunteer help, and sponsorship of the race! Bob, head of R&D at Castle, and his daughter even came to walk the course!

We cannot thank you enough for your support—all of our omies across the country, who participated, fundraiser, shared about, supported online—any of the 5k #lookinforacure walks this last year!

We hosted a total of 11 races across the country! We plan to host upwards of 14 next year and we need YOU to come together, walk and run, and help us fundraise in an area near you for local and general #ocularmelanoma research! We can’t do this alone— we are ALWAYS #bettertogether and #strongertogether
