Randy Haight Winery Tour
Join us for the Randy Haight Winery Tour, a chauffeured experience featuring two distinctive Napa Valley wineries.
Guests will enjoy wine tastings, a picnic lunch, and special opportunities to purchase wine throughout the day.
The tour concludes back at Silverado Resort & Spa, where guests will join Swing for Sight participants for the post-event reception, raffle, and silent auction.
About Swing for Sight for Ocular Melanoma
We invite you to participate in the Swing For Sight Golf Tournament and Winery tour presented by A Cure In Sight. With you becoming a sponsor, it will help us fund research for ocular melanoma and provide patient service to those who are financially devastated by their diagnosis.
Ocular Melanoma, or OM, is a rare cancer but the most common primary cancer of the eye in adults but it does affect children as well. It is diagnosed in about 2,500 adults every year in the United States and of those, half will see their disease spread to other parts of their body. Once it has spread, it is most often fatal. Currently there is no cure or treatment solely for ocular melanoma. However there are emerging treatment options that
show promise. These emerging options are only possible through funding that is critically low, due to the rareness of this cancer.
This is where you can help. By becoming a sponsor, you can help us fund advanced research and ensure that patients are able to afford the high costs of treatments. Please see the attached list of sponsorship opportunities and how you can help us to achieve our fundraising goal of $100,000 to support UCSF ocular oncology program and patients with ocular melanoma.
Your donation is tax deductible as A Cure In Sight (ACIS), is a 501(c)(3) charity organization EIN #46-1274306. Based out of Raleigh NC and Napa CA. ACIS is committed to accelerating and enhancing scientific research, advocacy and awareness of Ocular Melanoma and providing much needed patient support.
